Rujero Sour

Ingredients

• 20 ml of Rujero Colección Privada
• 20 ml lime juice
• 20 ml of syrup
• ½ teaspoon of egg white
• 4 ice cubes

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients in a shaker.

Shake it vigorously for 10 seconds.

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve immediately
