Process

The production process of Rujero Colección Privada goes back to a tradition of more than three decades in the Bolivian industry, through a master winemaker who always focused on taking care of every detail of the distillation process.

Singani Rujero is made exclusively by Muscat of Alexandria grapes carefully selected from vineyards located in La Concepción valley south of Tarija, at more than 5,741 FASL.

The place, climate, land and all the work performed by the agronomist team of the winery is essential to ensure the best raw material. And thus be able to carry out the distillation process with the highest quality. A slow, taking time process constantly supervised by our winemakers to keep and ensure the quality of our Singani Rujero. The distillation respects a tradition of decades, since it is made in copper stills, especially manufactured for Rujero. The winemaking team seeks, in it, the best aromas and flavors of Bolivian distillates.

The Singani Rujero Colección Privada is the result of all this hard work. It is a premium distillate with more than 30 years of history and tradition that is nowadays a symbol of taste, prestige and quality.
